The Speaker of the National Assembly of Serbia, Ana Brnabic, stated that the visit of U.S. President Donald Trump’s son, Donald Trump Jr., was a strong and direct political message of respect for Serbia.
She noted that Trump Jr. had demonstrated a completely different approach to Serbia and added that his father, the U.S. President Donald Trump, shares this attitude.

AutorCommenting on a Chinese investor’s characterization of Serbia as an unstable environment for investment due to political developments in the country, Brnabic emphasized the distinction between politics and investments.
"Politics is one thing, and investments – particularly those creating highly skilled jobs – are inherently conservative. Investors do not want to wait and see what will happen. Politically speaking, it is entirely clear, especially to political veterans, that it is impossible to overthrow a government through street protests," Brnabic stated.
