"We are extremely proud to have reached our one-millionth passenger so early in the year once again, which confirms the trust our passengers place in us and reflects the dedication and hard work of all Air Serbia employees. We continuously improve our network of destinations, service quality, and operational efficiency, and we are pleased that the market recognizes these improvements. This achievement further motivates us to continue developing the company ambitiously and strategically, in the best interest of our passengers," said Jiří Marek, CEO of Air Serbia.
In 2024, Air Serbia transported its millionth passenger on April 25 (three days later than this year), while the same milestone was reached on May 8 the year before. During the 2025 summer season, Air Serbia will fly to over 80 destinations in Europe, North America, Asia, and Africa from Belgrade's Nikola Tesla Airport, Morava International Airport near Kraljevo, and Nis's Constantine the Great Airport.
The company recently announced new direct routes to Mykonos, the city of Alghero in Sardinia, and Tbilisi in Georgia.
