At the invitation of Prime Minister Prof. Dr. Djuro Macut, a meeting was held at the Government of Serbia with the Rector of the University of Belgrade, Prof. Dr. Vladan Djokic.

According to a statement from the Government of Serbia, the discussion took place in an open and constructive atmosphere. Also participating were the Minister of Education, Associate Professor Dr. Dejan Vuk Stankovic, and the Minister of Science, Technological Development and Innovation, Academician Prof. Dr. Bela Balint.
It was concluded at the meeting that talks will continue in a constructive atmosphere, with the goal of fully normalizing the operations of the University of Belgrade.
On behalf of the Rectorate of the University of Belgrade, in addition to Rector Prof. Dr. Djokic, the meeting was also attended by Vice Dean for Finance Prof. Dr. Zorica Vujić and Vice Rector for Teaching Prof. Dr. Dejan Popovic.
It was agreed that the discussions would continue on Wednesday at the Government of Serbia building.
