Meeting of the Council for Cooperation between Serbia and Republika Srpska Held
A session of the Council for Cooperation between the Republic of Serbia and Republika Srpska, in an expanded format, was held at the Palace of Serbia. The meeting was attended by the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, who addressed those present at the start of the session.
According to him, holding the meeting in this format confirms that cooperation between Serbia and Srpska is a lasting value and one of the pillars of Serbia’s overall policy of peace and stability in the region.
The Slovenian government made a decision to ban Milorad Dodik's entry into that country, Deputy Prime Minister Matej Archon announced after the session.
In an exclusive interview with Newsmax Balkans, former governor of the U.S. state of Illinois Rod Blagojevich and President of Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik discussed, among other topics, the current political situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Vucic stated that he has no intention of changing anything that has already been established by the Dayton Peace Agreement.
“Serbia has respected and will always respect the Dayton Peace Agreement. But the people in Srpska should know that they can always count on the support of their Serbia, of their nation,” he emphasized.
Vucic added that Republika Srpska and Milorad Dodik are currently under heavy pressure.

Dodik expressed his respect for Serbia, saying that during times of injustice toward the Serbian people, Serbia has always been in a position to develop new policies and cooperation, and he thanked Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic for what he called an impressive day, during which Serbia’s defense capabilities—built under Vucic’s leadership over the past ten years—were showcased.
Representing Republika Srpska at the session were:
· Nenad Stevandic, President of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska
· Zeljka Cvijanovic, Serb member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina
· Savo Minic, Prime Minister of Republika Srpska, along with ministers
· Milorad Dodik
