She emphasized that Serbia will assist Ukraine on its European path.
Brnabic highlighted that, when it comes to strengthening cooperation, European integration is one of the strategic goals of both countries, and that Serbia fully supports Ukraine on its road to the European Union.
"And you can count on Serbia to provide all our technical assistance and expertise along this path. I am pleased to note that our Minister for European Integration, Nemanja Starovic, has informed me that the Memorandum of Understanding between Serbia and Ukraine on this matter has been finalized and is ready for signing. I hope that next time we will take part in the signing ceremony of that memorandum between Serbia and Ukraine on joint work in the field of European integration," she said.
The Government of Serbia announced that it has adopted the Draft Budget for 2026, which envisions total revenues and income of 2,414.7 billion dinars, an increase of 2%, or 68.5 billion dinars, compared to the revenues projected in the original budget for this year.
Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said that, in a phone conversation with his Ukrainian counterpart Volodymyr Zelensky, they agreed there is room for mutual support, on which the two countries will continue to work together.
Brnabic stated that everything Serbia can do-politically or technically, and in terms of expert matters-it will do to support Ukraine.
"You can count on us and our teams. This will also be in line with our ongoing efforts to build close and friendly partnership relations with Ukraine. Our two presidents, Mr. Aleksandar Vucic and Mr. Volodymyr Zelensky, have excellent communication and are in regular contact. They last spoke, in fact, just last week-on November 5th , Wednesday. We have supported Ukraine with significant humanitarian and financial aid, more than the entire Western Balkans combined," Brnabic stressed.

She also reminded that the wife of the Serbian president, Tamara Vucic, visits Kyiv quite frequently.
"If I am not mistaken, she has visited Kyiv four times over the past two years. I would like to emphasize that Ukraine is a friend of Serbia. We especially and greatly appreciate the fact that Ukraine respects the territorial integrity of Serbia, and in the same way Serbia deeply respects the UN Charter and all principles of international rule of law - this is something we will always defend and never abandon," said Ana Brnabic.
She underlined that today’s visit is a signal of the continuous strengthening and intensification of cooperation between the two parliaments and the two countries, and invited Stefanchuk to visit Serbia.
"I would also like to schedule soon the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding and Cooperation and Mutual Support in the Field of European Integration between our two governments," Brnabic said.
She thanked for the invitation to visit Ukraine and added that it was a great pleasure and honor for her to be in Kyiv.
