Vucic: Elections in May or December, but December 2026 is more realistic
President of Serbia Aleksandar Vucic stated that elections will be held either in May or December next year, but that it is more realistic for them to take place at the end of November or in December.
When asked whether both presidential and parliamentary elections will be held, Vucic told TV Pink that the competent institution will decide on that in due time.

“In Negotin, the result is unbelievable - I don’t think it will ever be repeated that someone receives that many votes. Even there we found things we are not satisfied with. With Jarkovac, when the results come in, we will have over 60 percent in Secanj. There are also other parties like the SPS with 4.5 percent, as well as the Radicals and a few others. A huge majority was, of course, on that side, and yet we still found reasons to criticize ourselves," Vucic said, adding that in Mionica he noticed several shortcomings in the organization, but that ways to correct them are being considered.
