At Vrcin Railway Station, sulfuric acid has leaked from a tanker railcar.

It has been determined that the tanker has overturned onto its side and is leaking acid, and the railway power supply is shut off.
Measurements conducted at the station did not detect the presence of hazardous substances.
"On the second track at Vrcin Station, two tanker railcars, thirteenth and fourteenth from the locomotive, derailed while carrying sulfuric acid. A leak has been observed from one of them, but there is no danger to the population or the environment," stated "Srbija Kargo" in an official announcement.
