The President of the Republic of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, is on a one-day visit to Ukraine, the President’s Media Cooperation Office announced.

President of Serbia Aleksandar Vucic stated at the Ukraine–Southeast Europe Summit in Odesa that Serbia would like to help rebuild one or two cities or a smaller region in Ukraine, thereby offering support to the country’s citizens.
"I would like to have your support, President Zelensky, to choose one or two cities or a smaller region that we can help rebuild. I believe this would be something very visible and meaningful for the people of Ukraine if they receive clear support," Vucic said during his address at the first session of the summit.

Vucic also addressed claims by some Serbian media outlets that he had "betrayed Russia," asserting that he had not signed the summit declaration and that Serbia remained neutral.
The participating countries of the Ukraine–Southeast Europe Summit signed a declaration calling on the international community to intensify its support for Ukraine and its efforts to find a diplomatic path to lasting peace, as well as to maintain and strengthen sanctions against Russia.
European Commissioner for Enlargement, Marja Kos, welcomed the adoption of the Law on the Unified Electoral Roll in the National Assembly of Serbia, stating that it is an "important step" and that Brussels "looks forward to the law’s implementation in practice."
