Newsmax Balkans Television Marks One Year of Broadcasting
Exactly one year ago, Newsmax Balkans television launched its programming, laying the foundations for an entirely new media network built on the highest American standards of television journalism.
In record time, the most advanced TV studio in the region was constructed, equipped with state-of-the-art technology, making Newsmax Balkans the first television network in the region to fully produce and broadcast content in 4K resolution.
Today, the network includes studios in Belgrade, Sarajevo, Podgorica, and Skopje, with Tirana soon to follow. With reporters in 11 cities across Serbia and 17 correspondents worldwide, more than 50 guests daily, and 15 hours of live programming produced in-house, Newsmax Balkans has positioned itself as one of the most reliable and innovative sources of information in the region, raising the standards of modern TV journalism.
On Sunday, October 12, local elections will be held in Kosovo and Metohija. The Newsmax Balkans television crew set out for Kosovo and Metohija with proper press accreditations. However, due to more than rigorous checks at the Jarinje administrative crossing, our crew experienced difficulties.
A panel discussion titled "Television in the Jaws of Artificial Intelligence – How Newsmax Balkans Is Changing the Rules of the Game" was held as part of the Weekend Media Festival in Rovinj.
