President of the Republic of Serbia Aleksandar Vucic met with France’s Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs Jean-Noel Barrot.

Following the meeting, he attended the signing of a joint statement on the Belgrade Metro project, as well as a Memorandum of Understanding for the construction of a sewage collector for the collection of wastewater in the city of Belgrade.
Vucic stated on Instagram that he and Barrot discussed issues of importance for Serbia–France relations and Serbia’s European path.
"We discussed the construction of the metro, the development of artificial intelligence following the purchase of a supercomputer, and cooperation in the fields of nuclear energy and the defense industry. One of the topics was also the wastewater treatment project in Belgrade", Vucic said.
