Indictment Filed Against 13 People for the Collapse of the Canopy in Novi Sad

The indictment has been submitted to the Higher Court in Novi Sad, accompanied by all the documentation collected during the preliminary investigation and the investigation process, as well as all other evidence supporting the existence of reasonable suspicion for the indictment, as stated in the announcement.

The Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Novi Sad expects that the panel of the Higher Court in Novi Sad will, in the interest of further urgent and efficient action in this criminal case, confirm the indictment in a short period, which will create conditions for scheduling the main hearing and determining the criminal responsibility of all defendants, according to the announcement.
