Minister of Education Slavica Djukic Dejanovic signed a Special Collective Agreement for employees in education with representatives of the education unions. The agreement will remain in effect until March 2028.

This was one of the unionists' demands during negotiations with the government, based on which a moratorium on strikes has also been imposed.
The collective agreement stipulates that the provisions of the protocol from October 2023 have been implemented, the minister specified.
