The resignation of Prime Minister Milos Vucevic has been submitted to the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, as confirmed to Newsmax Balkans.

As a reminder, Vucevic submitted his irrevocable resignation on January 28, following an attack on students protesting in Novi Sad.
The document indicates that the resignation was officially recorded on January 28 and that Vucevic informed the Speaker of the Serbian Parliament, Ana Brnabic, of his decision to step down as Prime Minister of Serbia.
There is still no information on when a parliamentary session will be held to discuss the composition of the new government.
