Chaos in the Serbian Parliament: Opposition Threw Smoke Bombs, Female MPs Injured

The President of Parliament, Ana Brnabic, stated that MP Jasmina Obradovic suffered a stroke when a shock bomb was thrown at her.

She also mentioned that MP Sonja Ilic, who is eight months pregnant, and MP Jasmina Karanac were injured.

Serbia's President Aleksandar Vucic visited MP Jasmina Obradovic in the hospital.

The first session of the regular spring sitting of the Serbian Parliament has started, with 62 items on the agenda, including four laws in the field of education, such as amendments to the Law on Higher Education, which was one of the students' demands, and a proposal for a law on favorable housing loans for young people.
