As stated in the announcement of the Ministry of Mining and Energy, Macut and Djedovic Handanovic at the meeting in the Government of Serbia insisted that the measures necessary to preserve the continuous supply of oil and oil derivatives are analyzed daily.
The two pointed out that the supply of energy to the market is still stable.
Macut underlined that the coordination of all state institutions and their timely response in order to prevent major disruptions in the market is extremely important, the government announced.
The Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Novi Sad recalled that on September 16th , it brought charges against 13 defendants in connection with the fall of the canopy of the Railway Station in Novi Sad on November 1 last year, when 16 people were killed.

Djedovic Handanovic said that the state is working on delivering 38,000 tons of gasoline and about 66,000 tons of diesel, as well as 86,000 tons of crude oil for the needs of state reserves, in order to increase security of supply in the coming weeks.
Djedovic Handanovic reported to the Prime Minister that the development of the negotiations that the Russian owners are conducting with potential partners is being monitored daily, in order to create the conditions for the extension of the operating license of NIS and the Refinery in Pancevo as soon as possible, which will have to be approved by the American administration.
The statement also states that the relevant minister is reviewing the situation on the market with the oil companies and is informing the government, the president and the public of Serbia on a daily basis.
