"The year 2027 has additional significance for us. Next year, we will mark the 100th anniversary of our company. For Air Serbia, this century represents one of tradition, continuity, and the development of Serbian aviation. In the year of this great milestone, we will have the honour of being part of an event that will shape a new period of development both for the national airline and for Serbia", noted Jiří Marek, CEO of Air Serbia.
Director of EXPO 2027 Belgrade, Danilo Jerinić, emphasised that the shared goal is for Serbia in 2027 to be recognised as an open, connected, and modern country, ready to successfully host an event of global standing.

President of Serbia Aleksandar Vucic met with the European Union’s Special Representative for the Belgrade-Pristina Dialogue, Peter Sorensen, to discuss the current course of dialogue with Pristina and its continuation with more active EU engagement.
"Air Serbia’s role in this is crucial - to ensure the efficient arrival and departure of guests, increase the accessibility of our country, and contribute to the overall EXPO 2027 experience through quality, professionalism, reliability, and hospitality", Jerinić emphasized.
During the event, Belgrade will host participants from around 140 countries and more than four million visitors.
This partnership confirms the shared commitment to strengthening Serbia’s international position, enhancing transport connectivity, and creating a lasting legacy that will extend beyond the duration of the exhibition itself.
