Financial reports show that the company’s total revenue amounted to 719.5 million euros, marking the second consecutive year that Air Serbia exceeded 700 million euros in revenue.
Over the past year, Air Serbia carried 4.57 million passengers, an increase of 3 percent compared to the previous year. The average passenger cabin load factor was 77.3 percent, representing a rise of 2.4 percentage points compared to 2024.

The Office of Foreign Assets Control of the U.S. Department of the Treasury has extended the operating license for Serbia’s oil company NIS until April 17, 2026.
The total number of flights operated was 48,925, 4 percent higher than the previous year, while capacity was further optimised through adjustments in frequencies and aircraft types on key routes.
Through careful capacity management, timely commercial decisions, and strengthening strategic partnerships, the company further consolidated its presence in key markets and recorded a pre-tax net profit of 45.3 million euros.
"We are proud that in 2025 we achieved record revenue and passenger numbers, demonstrating responsible and strategic management in the interest of the company, the state of Serbia, and all its citizens. Despite the dynamic and unpredictable developments in the global aviation industry, including rising operating costs and supply chain price increases, Air Serbia has shown the ability to adapt quickly and maintain stable growth", said Jiří Marek, CEO of Air Serbia.

Air Serbia’s network spans 103 destinations – 90 scheduled flights and 13 charter flights to a total of 34 countries across four continents.
The company continued its strategic network expansion by launching six new destinations and increasing frequencies on existing routes, focusing on the most in-demand markets.
The fleet was modernized and further strengthened with two additional Embraer E-195 aircraft and one new long-haul aircraft in EXPO livery, supporting the promotion of the specialised exhibition taking place in Belgrade next year.
Passenger experience was enhanced through digitalisation and innovations, such as the introduction of premium check-in counters for business travellers and Duty Free services on Air Serbia flights.
In the current year, Air Serbia plans further network expansion, the introduction of new destinations, and strengthening its competitive position in regional and international markets.
The company’s strategy is based on digital transformation, sustainable growth, increasing global competitiveness, and service personalization, including the introduction of a loyalty program and partnerships that further enhance service quality.
