The World Airline Awards has been organized by the prestigious British specialized portal Skytrax for more than 25 years, based on the ratings and experiences of passengers from all over the world.
The national airline of the Republic of Serbia took third place in the category of Best Regional Airlines in Europe and 18th place in the World’s Best Regional Airlines category. Air Serbia ranks third in the category of Best Airlines in Eastern Europe.
"The placement among the 100 World's Best Airlines is an exceptional success for Air Serbia. We are proud that our work and service improvement are recognised in the ranking of one of the world's most respected specialized portals. We are particularly pleased that, in addition to entering the TOP 100, we are highly placed in the category of the Best Regional Airlines in Europe and that we have progressed in the list of the World’s Best Regional Airlines.
