Prosecutor’s Office in Pristina Issues Warrants for 11 Serbs over 2022 Barricades in Northern Kosovo and Metohija

The Basic Court in Pristina has approved the request of the Special Prosecutor’s Office to issue domestic and international arrest warrants for 11 Serbs as part of the investigation related to the erection of barricades in northern Kosovo and Metohija in 2022.

The news was confirmed to Albanian-language media by Special Prosecutor’s Office spokesperson Arbnora Ljuta, who stated that Milan Radoicic is among the suspects.

"During the investigation, we can confirm that about 50 individuals are involved, suspected of criminal offenses including obstruction of an official in the performance of official duties, incitement to resistance, and association for unconstitutional activities," Ljuta said.

She added that the case is currently in the investigative phase and that the public will be informed in a timely manner about further developments.
