For the first time in 20 years, since this research has been conducted, Serbia has recorded a trade surplus with Germany, based on data from the Federal Statistical Office in Wiesbaden, Germany.

According to the study, 85% of respondents consider the process of EU accession important or very important, while as many as 88% of surveyed companies would choose Serbia again as an investment destination.

The statement notes that the German-Serbian Chamber of Commerce conducted the survey on the business environment in Serbia among its member companies in March this year.

21% of the Chamber’s member companies participated in the survey, which has now been conducted in Serbia for the twentieth time.
