President Vucic Speaks by Phone with Maduro
The President of Serbia had a telephone conversation with Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro and underlined that Serbia highly values Venezuela’s principled and consistent support in safeguarding Serbia’s territorial integrity and in not recognizing the unilaterally declared independence of Kosovo.
“A good and substantive conversation with a great friend of Serbia, President Maduro, on current global challenges, the need to preserve multilateralism, and strengthening the bilateral relations between our countries,” Vucic stated.
According to him, he also discussed with Maduro the possibilities of enhancing cooperation in all areas with great potential for joint progress and dynamic development of the two countries.
“I am confident that in the years ahead we will continue to nurture this valuable friendship, to build bridges of cooperation and solidarity, and to contribute together to a better and more connected future for our peoples,” Vucic emphasized.
