Several unknown individuals placed the flag of the former so-called Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA) on the front door of the Serbian Embassy in The Hague, Netherlands, and insulted embassy employees on ethnic grounds.

According to Serbia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as reported to the Tanjug news agency, the incident occurred when a car parked in front of the Embassy and unidentified individuals exited and placed the flag.
The Embassy stated that there were several hundred people and vehicles with Albanian and KLA flags on the streets of The Hague, and while passing by the Serbian Embassy, they hurled insults. Embassy representatives informed the diplomatic police, who said they would launch an investigation and increase their presence around the Embassy building.
