Vucic hosts Makhachev, MMA fighter and World Champion: "He gave me gloves from his last fight"
President of Serbia Aleksandar Vucic met with MMA fighter and world champion Islam Makhachev to discuss the importance of sport as a foundation of a healthy society and the role that elite athletes play in motivating young people to develop discipline, responsibility, and perseverance.
"It is an exceptional pleasure and privilege to host a distinguished athlete, a world champion, and by far the most popular and strongest man I have ever received. The gloves he presented to me are from his last fight, when he became a two-time champion and the greatest of all time", Vucic wrote on Instagram.
