The goal of the presentation was to introduce the theme of the exhibition in Serbia – Play for Humanity: Sport and Music for All – to international partners, who were extended an open invitation to participate in co-creating a new platform for cooperation, innovation, and inspiration.
Finance Minister Sinisa Mali stated that exactly 100 countries have so far confirmed their participation in the International Specialized Exhibition EXPO 2027 in Belgrade.
With a symbolic ribbon-cutting ceremony, Serbia’s pavilion at the world exhibition EXPO 2025 in Osaka was officially opened. Named “Society of Play”, it features an innovative construction made of sustainable eco-materials.
The event took place at the Serbia Pavilion and was aimed at commissioners and representatives of national pavilions of the participating countries of EXPO 2025 Osaka, according to a statement from EXPO 2027 Belgrade.
"EXPO 2027 in Belgrade will be a truly unique opportunity for the whole world to come together around values that unite us. The exhibition's theme opens space for dialogue, cooperation, and creativity on a global level. That’s why we invite all countries to join us in Serbia in 2027 to imagine the future together through play," stated Zarko Malinovic, Serbia’s General Commissioner for EXPO 2025.
The presentation in Osaka was also an opportunity to spark additional interest from countries that have not yet confirmed their participation in EXPO 2027 in Belgrade, as well as to establish contact with commissioners who will be guests in Serbia in 2027.
EXPO 2027 Belgrade will be the first specialized exhibition in Southeast Europe.

U Gornjem Milanovcu u nedelju je došlo do masovne tuče na svadbenom veselju u jednom hotelu, nakon čega su reagovali i policija i hitna pomoć, a Osnovno javno tužilaštvo naložilo je policiji istragu kako bi se kvalifikovalo eventualno krivično delo.
