President of Serbia Aleksandar Vucic, speaking to the public after his meeting with Chinese President Xi Jinping in Beijing, emphasized that Serbia received a personal invitation from him for a state visit to China, which will most likely take place within the next six months.
"Xi addressed us warmly, not in the usual bureaucratic manner. He extended an invitation to me as president and to our delegation for a state visit to the People’s Republic of China, so we will arrange that in a short timeframe, within the next six months," Vucic said.
