According to the latest unofficial data released by Central Election Commission of BiH, SNSD candidate Sinisa Karan leads the early presidential election in Republika Srpska with 50.30% of the vote, while SDS candidate Branko Blanusa has 48.37%, based on 99.72% of polling stations processed.

According to CEC BiH information, Karan received 217,324 votes in the Republika Srpska election, while Blanusa received 208,955 votes.
Candidate Dragan Djokanovic of the Alliance for New Politics won 1,877 votes or 0.43%. Nikola Lazarevic of the Ecological Party of Republika Srpska received 1,583 votes or 0.37%.
Independent candidate Igor Gasevic received 1,284 votes or 0.30%, and another independent candidate, Slavko Dragicevic, received 1,012 votes or 0.23%.
