Minister Djuric: Serbia on a Strategic Course Toward Full EU Membership
Minister of Foreign Affairs Marko Djuric stated that Serbia is on a strategic course toward full membership in the European Union, with the primary objective of completing all necessary reforms for formal membership by the end of 2026.
"We do not seek partial membership. We want full membership, where we will have an equal seat at the table, like other countries on our continent. This is strategically important for us because decisions regarding the economy, security, and foreign policy that affect us are made at that table," Djuric told TV Prva.

Djuric also highlighted the significance of President Aleksandar Vucic being one of the first world leaders to establish direct contact with the newly elected U.S. President Donald Trump. He emphasized that it is in Serbia’s strategic interest to foster stronger ties with the United States.
