The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina found Milorad Dodik guilty

Milos Lukic, the acting director of the Official Gazette, was acquitted of responsibility.

In a brief statement in front of the National Assembly building of Republika Srpska, Dodik called on citizens to remain cheerful.

"They say I'm guilty. Celebrate, there is no reason for concern," said Dodik.

The proceedings against the President of Republika Srpska were initiated because he signed a decree on the enactment of laws, and Lukić was charged because it was published in the Official Gazette of Republika Srpska, of which he is the acting director.

These are laws adopted by the National Assembly of Republika Srpska regarding the non-publication of decisions by the High Representative and the non-implementation of decisions by the Constitutional Court of BiH, for which Schmidt later issued a decision to annul them.
