Serbia Prevents Arrest Warrants for Dodik and Stevandic from Becoming Enforceable
Minister of Internal Affairs Ivica Dacic stated that the Republic of Serbia has prevented the arrest warrants for the President of Republika Srpska and the Speaker of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska from becoming enforceable.
"The request for international arrest warrants for Milorad Dodik and Nenad Stevandicis currently in the preliminary review phase by Interpol's Notices and Diffusions Task Force (NDTF), which is assessing compliance with the organization's statutes and rules," Dacic said.
The President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, announced that during the session of the National Security Council, he presented seven points and conclusions, which were unanimously accepted.

Bosnian state prosecutors have issued an arrest warrant for Milorad Dodik, the president of Republika Srpska, along with several of his top officials, after they ignored a court summons.
He explained that Serbia’s involvement in this process resulted in preventing the warrants from becoming enforceable, thereby ensuring the security and protection of its citizens.
"The final decision will be made by the Commission for the Control of Interpol’s Files (CCF), which meets at least three times a year. The next session is scheduled for April 7–11, 2025. Serbia respects international institutions and the legal framework but will not deviate from its procedures in protecting the rights and interests of its citizens," Dacic stated.
