"President Vucic just called me to inform me that he received a notification from Interpol’s Directorate stating that Serbia’s appeal has been upheld, and Interpol has rejected the request from Bosnia’s Court for issuing red notices against Stevandic and me," Dodik wrote on X.
He expressed gratitude to Aleksandar Vucic for his support and clear, principled communication with Interpol.
"I also thank Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban and the leaders of all other countries who lodged appeals, recognizing the political motives behind the judicial prosecution I am facing," he added.
Serbian Interior Minister Ivica Dacic stated that Interpol’s rejection of the red notices, based on Serbia’s protest note and the reasoning provided by Interpol’s Belgrade office, demonstrates its firm commitment to neutrality.
