Members of the Kosovo police raided the premises of the New Public Utility Company in Strpce, after which the Director of the Office for Kosovo and Metohija, Petar Petkovic, issued a statement emphasizing that this was part of a series of coordinated actions targeting Serbian facilities.
In his statement, Petkovic noted that the Kosovo police first entered the New Public Utility Company in Strpce, followed by raids on branches of the Pension and Disability Insurance Fund, the National Employment Service, and the Republic Health Insurance Fund in Leposavic. Employees present at the time were subjected to questioning, which led to one employee in Strpce falling ill.
“All of this is happening in plain sight of the international community, which is silently watching the terror against Serbs and the continued persecution of our people,” Petkovic emphasized.
