At a press conference, Elek said that Serb List had won in all ten municipalities.
“What is most important for us is that the four municipalities north of the Ibar have been returned to our citizens,” Elek noted.
According to the current vote-counting results, Serb List is leading in all ten municipalities in Kosovo where the majority of residents are Serbs, KoSSev reports.
They have over 50 percent of the vote in Leposavic, Zubin Potok, Zvecan, North Mitrovica, Novo Brdo, Strpce, Gracanica, Ranilug, Partes, and slightly less than that for now in Klokot.
In Leposavic, 28 percent of the votes had been counted by 10 p.m., with Zoran Todic leading with as much as 70.30 percent of the vote.
He is followed by Vladimir Radosavljević of the Serb Democracy party, with 11.64 percent.
In Zubin Potok, Milos Perovic is in the lead with 81.37 percent of the vote, also as of 10 p.m., with 66.67 percent of ballots counted.
Right behind him is Milija Bisevac with 6.35 percent.
In Zvecan, where 90.91 percent of the votes have already been counted, Dragiša Milovic is ahead with 86.66 percent.
Immediately after him is Zoran Obrenovic of Serb Democracy, with 8.74 percent.
In North Mitrovica, 45.45 percent of the votes have been counted; Milan Radojevic is leading there with a total of 58.06 percent.
Second place goes to Erden Atic of the Self-Determination Movement, with 12.93 percent.
As for Novo Brdo, 82.61 percent of the votes had been counted by 10 p.m. Saša Milosevic leads with 55.59 percent.
He is followed by Bajrus Imeri of the LDK, with nearly half as many votes (25.63%).
In Strpce, Ivica Tanasijevic won 66.41 percent of the vote, with 88.64 percent of ballots already counted.
Second place goes to Stefan Stamenković of the Justice and Equality party, with 9.68 percent.
In Gracanica, Novak Zivic is convincingly ahead with 59.32 percent of the vote. In this municipality, 79.41 percent of votes have been counted.
He is followed by Ljeutrim Ajeti, who, as a reminder, is from the Albanian Alliance, a coalition of three united Albanian parties, and has received 28.47 percent of the vote.
In Ranilug, Tanja Antic holds a strong lead with 74.03 percent, with 50 percent of the votes processed so far.
Second place goes to Ivan Petrovic of the Serbian People’s Movement, with 15.95 percent.
In Partes, Dragan Petkovic has so far won 90.50 percent of the vote, with 85.71 percent of ballots counted.
In Klokot, Bozidar Dejanovic is currently in the lead with 43.26 percent, with 87.50 percent of votes processed.
Second place goes to Srecko Spasic of the Serb People’s Unity party, who has so far won 29 percent.
According to a Newsmax Balkans reporter, Serb List celebrated its victory in North Mitrovica.
