The Prime Minister of Poland assessed that there is no political crisis in Serbia

"It doesn't seem to me that such a political crisis could break out in Belgrade at this moment, or that it would threaten the interests or security of Polish citizens. Nothing indicates that," Tusk said in Warsaw, adding that there is no need to alarm the public, as reported by Polish WNP.

Tusk emphasized that "it was not President Aleksandar Vucic who fell, but the prime minister with a similar surname, (Milos) Vucevic."

He pointed out that it was the prime minister who resigned, while President Vucic remains at the helm of the state.

Tusk noted that Poland is monitoring the situation but that there is no need to create new problems, as there are already alarming places in the world that require attention.

Serbian Prime Minister Milos Vucevic resigned yesterday, stating that the government he leads is now under a technical mandate.

President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, said that the decision on whether to hold extraordinary parliamentary elections or form a new government without dissolving parliament and calling elections will be made within the next 10 days after consultations with political parties.
