Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic stated that he had a productive meeting with European Commissioner for Enlargement Marta Kos, expressing hope that Serbia would open more negotiation clusters by the end of the year.
"We also discussed the situation in the region and we both emphasized the importance of the situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) for the entire region. We agreed on the necessity of maintaining peace and stability and on occasionally organizing joint actions toward that goal," Vucic added.
He further expressed confidence that, in the coming weeks, Serbia could become part of the unified European payment area, which would significantly facilitate financial transactions.
